Elegant 18th century manor house in the Morvan

This property is located in the Nièvre department, in preserved surroundings belonging to the "Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan", c.a. 30 km (18.8 miles) from Autun (45 mins. from a TGV railway station) near a village. It features a manor house with large stone outbuildings on 10 ha (24.75 acres) of land (landscaped grounds and woods).

The southern side benefits from unimpeded views onto gently rolling woods.

This house was built during the 18th century (with an older wing) and was used as a hunting lodge. It is in very good general condition (building, roofing, framework, etc.) and offers 370 sq. mt. (3,981 sq. ft.) of living space for 2 levels plus attics and cellars. Some renovation works are needed inside.
