Large 20th century master's house in the Aisne department

This property is located less than 2 hours from the coast (le Touquet), c.a. 120 km (75 miles) from Paris and 20 mins. from Saint-Quentin, in a village, 5 km (3 miles) from all shops and services. It features a master's house with large outbuildings and c.a. 1.8 ha (4.5 acres) of landscaped grounds.

The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is made of brick and stone with a slate roof and offers 3 levels (plus attics and cellars) and c.a. 400 sq. mt.
