End of 18th century chateau to restore near Dieppe

This property is located c.a. 170 km (106 miles) from Paris, c.a. 40 km (25 miles) from Dieppe and the sea, 5 mins. from all shops and services and in a small village. It features a chateau with outbuildings (including a beautiful dovecot) and c.a. 2 ha (4.95 acres) of landscaped grounds.

The chateau was built at the end of the 18th century. It is made of brick with a slate roofing, offers 3 levels plus the attics and a cellar and c.a. 520 sq. mt. (5,595 sq. ft.) of interior space, including c.a. 250 sq. mt. (2,690 sq. ft.) of living space. It is in good general condition (main building work, roofing, etc.). The living space benefited from a recent renovation and the southern part needs a total restoration (frame work, floors, walls, etc.)

A smaller staircase leads to the northern attics featuring a study. The southern part is in need of a total restoration (more than 250 sq. mt. - 2,690 sq. ft.): a bathroom is already planed, some floors and walls were redone. A central gas heating system is installed in the northern part of the chateau.
