Large 17-19th centuries chateau in exceptional surroundings in Saône-et-Loire department

This property is located in southern Burgundy, between Dijon and Mâcon, 35 mins. from a TGV railway station, 4 mins. from all shops and services. It features a chateau with an outbuilding with c.a. 6 ha (14.9 acres) of landscaped grounds and forests with unimpeded views onto the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan.

The chateau was built during the 17th century and modified in the 19th. It is made of stone with a slate roofing and offers c.a. 920 sq. mt. (8,999 sq. ft.) of interior space for 3 levels plus the attics and the cellars. The chateau is in very good general condition (main building work, roofing, etc.) and benefited from a recent full inner restoration (wiring, plumbing, framework, etc.)

The 1st level is divided into 4 beautiful bedrooms with marble fireplace and parquet floor (2 of them with a balcony), 4 bathrooms, 2 studies and a linen room. The 2nd floor distributes a large landing with parquet floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms and additional rooms to be renovated.
