Sold Large 18th century listed chateau in Val-de-Marne department

This property is located c.a. 20 km (12.5 miles) from Paris, near all shops and services. It features a 18th century chateau with an outbuilding and c.a. 4 ha (9.9 acres) of landscaped grounds with a canal and a small pond.

The chateau was built at the end of the 18th century (except a workshop dating from the end of 16th century). It is made of stone with a slate roofing and is in very good general condition. The chateau is listed. It offers c.a. 850 sq. mt. (9,146 sq. ft.) of total space, c.a. 650 sq. mt. (6,994 sq. ft.) of living space and 2 levels and converted attics.

Many period details were preserved in the chateau (marble 18th century fireplaces, wainscotings, oak staircase with iron wrought banister, a smaller 17th century staircase, oak frameworks, etc.) It features, on the ground floor, several living rooms (c.a. 150 sq. mt. i.e. 1,614 sq. ft.), a kitchen and additional rooms. The two further levels offers 10 bedrooms (some to be restored), 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms.
