Beautiful chateau with 3 ha (7.4 acres) less than 2 hours from Paris

This property is located c.a. 200 km (125 miles) from Paris, in Bourgogne, Yonne department, between Auxerre and Avallon, in gently rolling surroundings, 1 km (.63 mile) from all shops and services. The chateau was built during the 19th century and is made of stone with a slate roof.
