Ancient 19th century water mill in the Eure-et-Loir department

This property is located 1.5 hours from Paris (porte d'Orléans), in a small village, 2 km (1.25 miles) from all shops and services. It features an ancient water mill with 2 beautiful outbuildings, set on 8,200 sq. mt. (2.03 acres) of grounds in pretty surroundings with a river, a race and a waterfall.
