Large 19th century manor in Normandy, 15 mins. from the sea

This property is located 1.75 hours from Paris by the motorway, in the Seine-Maritime department, 15 mins. from the sea, in a small city with all shops and services and in a protected area. It features a small chateau with an outbuilding on 3 ha (7.4 acres) with woods.

The manor was built at the beginning of the 19th century and is made of brick and stone with a slate roof including zinc. It offers c.a. 450 sq. mt.
