Large 19th century manor in the Sarthe department

This property is located 2 hours drive from Paris (or 55 mins. by TGV), in the middle of a beautiful city, without any building directly opposite, near all shops and services. It features a 19th century manor with c.a. 4,000 sq. mt. (43,040 sq. ft.) of landscaped grounds.
