This manor was built during the 15th century on the ruins of a Templars'
fortress. It is made of stone (c.a. 1.5 mt. or 5 ft. thick for the
northern wall) with a slate roof and is in good general condition. Some inner
renovation works are to be done. A large tower, with a spiral staircase, sits
prominently on the main side. The house offers c.a. 300 sq. mt. (3,228 sq. ft.)
of living space and 2 levels plus a total basement and an attic. It
features a lot of period details (fireplaces, exposed beams and stone, tiled
floors, etc.)

basement includes a large room with exposed beams, a wine cellar, a
boiler room and an exit on the southern and the northern sides. The manor is
