Large property in the Laurentians (southern Quebec province)

This property is located in Laurentian Mountains region, southern Quebec province, Canada, 45 min. from Montreal and the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort, in a village, not far from all shops and services. The main stairs leads up to the 1st level and the landing opened to the great room below. It offers a master bedroom with a fireplace, 3 large West facing windows, a nursery currently being used as a TV room, with a wood burning fireplace, a smaller bedroom with a North facing window and 2 bathrooms. An attic stairs leads to 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings. The cellar (266 sq. mt., 2,866 sq. ft.) is composed of a wine storage room, a workshop, 2 furnaces, a wood chute leading in from outside and ample storage space.
