This property is located in Normandy, between Paris (1.25 hours from Porte Maillot) and Deauville (45 mins.), a few kilometres from all shops and services. It features an ancient water mill, with several outbuildings and 4 ha (9.9 acres) of grounds (including 2 ha, 4.95 acres of landscaped grounds), with a river, a tennis court and a swimming pool in preserved surroundings.

The ancient water mill was built during the 16th century. Then it was enlarged with an adjoined housing. The buildings are made of stone with a tiled roof, offer 2 levels and c.a. 750 sq. mt. (8,070 sq. ft.) of living space. They are in very good general condition. The remarkable inner restoration preserved many period details (paddle wheel and machinery of the water mill in perfect working order, ancient tiled floors, stone fireplaces, etc.)
