Beautiful 19th century manor in the Vexin region

This property is located 45 min. from Paris (Porte Maillot), in a protected area within the "Parc Régional du Vexin", not far from an access to a motorway and a railway station with direct access for Paris, near the first shops and services at the end of a small village. It features a manor with outbuildings set on around 4 ha (9.9 acres) of landscaped grounds.

Main view
The West side of the manor, with a terrace and a veranda, opens onto the grounds.

The manor is made of stone with a slate roofing and was built at the beginning of the 19th century. This ancient hunting house offers 3 levels, plus the attics and the cellars, and around 500 sq. mt. (5,380 sq. ft.) of living space. It is in very good general condition (the roofing was redone in 1999, there is a central heating system) and benefits from many period details: parquet floors, tiled floors, cornices, marble fireplaces, etc.

Main view
The main side of the manor is typical from the 19th century.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall opens onto a 19th century tiled gallery that gives access to a living room with parquet floor, black marble fireplace and large windows, an pleasant adjoining veranda with parquet floor that opens onto the grounds, a dining room with parquet floor and a large and entirely equipped kitchen with a secondary kitchen leading to a terrace with balusters overlooking the grounds.

The attics are divided into 2 parts, including one already converted into an office. The basement is composed of several cellars (including one devoted for wines) and a boiler room. A gas central heating system is installed, there is also a large tank, and the fireplaces are in working order.

The property benefits from several outbuildings a little way away from the manor, into the grounds: an ancient sheepfold (50 sq. mt., 538 sq. ft. on the ground floor), a small apartment to be entirely renewed, and a garage with an independent gate. The grounds (around 4 ha, 9.9 acres) are entirely fenced and landscaped. They offer century old trees, large lawns, a kitchen garden and an orchard.
