Genuine 18th century master's house to be restored in the Landes department

This property is located in Gascony, around 5 hours from Paris by TGV, 1.5 hours from the sea and several ski-aeras, midway between Mont-de-Marsan and Dax, in a village with all shops and services. It features a 18th master's house and outbuildings with grounds (1.7 ha, 4.2 acres).

The house was built during the 18th century and is made of stone with a tiled roofing. This older part is characteristic of the region.
