Charming 19th century master's house in the Calvados department

This property is located 180 km (112 miles) from Paris, between Caen and Deauville, not far from the sea, near all shops and services. It features a 19th century master's house with landscaped garden (4,000 sq. mt.- 43,040 sq. ft.) with a shed and a swimming pool.
