Charming 17th century house in the Seine et Marne department

This property is located around 85 km (53 miles) from Paris (porte d'Orléans), midway between Nemours and Fontainebleau, in the centre of a charming village with all shops and services. It features an ancient house with outbuildings on 3,500 sq. mt. (37,660 sq. ft.) of entirely fenced grounds.
