Built during the 17-19th centuries, the buildings are made of stone and granite with a slate roofing. They are entirely restored and offer two independent houses. They open onto a landscaped courtyard (around 800 sq. mt., 8,608 sq. ft.)

The left hand side of the first farmhouse, built in 1652, is the older part of the property. This part and also the central building correspond to the main house. The ground floor features a dining room (56 sq. mt., 602 sq. ft.) with apparent beams, 2 stone fireplaces, a staircase, then an office, an equipped kitchen with apparent beams and fireplace, a shower room and a boiler room with a first attic. The first floor distributes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor, corresponding to a large attic (11 × 5 mt., 36.6 × 16.6 ft.), is partly converted.

The secondary house, on the right hand side of the first farmhouse, is independent. It is sold furnished (with the electrical) and is heated electrically. The first floor distributes 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
