Beautiful estate with a 18th century chateau in the Loiret department

This property is located 140 km (87.5 miles) from Paris, a few kilometres from an access to a motorway, at the end of a village and near all shops and services. It features a large 18th century chateau with numerous outbuildings, including a 17th century chapel, set on 10 ha (24.75 acres) of landscaped grounds with a swimming pool.

Built at the end of the 18th century, with stone and a slate roofing, the chateau offers 3 levels plus convertible attics and around 700 sq. mt. (7,532 sq. ft.) of living space. It has been entirely restored with ancient materials (tiled floors entirely restored) and a specific care was brought to the interior decoration. There are numerous period details (oak staircase, inner shutters, fireplaces, etc.) All the rooms benefit from a view onto the gardens.

The ground floor corresponds to the reception level. An entrance hall, with tiled floor, gives access to 2 linked living rooms (64 and 48 sq. mt., 689 and 516 sq. ft.) with parquet floor and fireplace, an adjoining 17th century chapel, a dining room with parquet floor, a large and equipped kitchen with tiled floor opening onto a terrace, and then the main staircase.
