Beautiful 19th century chateau in the Oise department

This property is located 85 km (53 miles) from Paris (porte de la Chapelle), near Compiègne, around 30 mn from the international airport of Roissy, not far from an access to a motorway and 10 km (6 miles) from all shops and services. It is composed of a 19th century chateau with numerous outbuildings in a charming park of 4 ha (9.9 acres).

The chateau was built between 1864 and 1874, and is made of stone and brick with a slate roof. It is in very good interior and exterior condition, it offers about 600 sq. mt. (6456 sq. ft.) of living space on 2 levels plus ceilings and cellars.

The main house offers about twenty rooms including 115 sq. mt. (1237 sq. ft.) of reception space.
