This property is located in a small village of the Aisne department, 90 km (56 miles) north-east of Paris, 60 km (37 miles) from the Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle international airport and 15 km (9 miles) from Soissons. The ground floor features a small entrance hall with period tiled floor and staircase, a large reception room with exposed beams and 2 French windows, a study with a second access to the courtyard, a dressing room, a shower room and a laundry/boiler room. It features 4 rooms in a row on the ground floor, plus a beautiful vaulted cellar, a large garage and an attic, both convertible. The house has access to a second large enclosed courtyard at the back.
