This property is located less than one hour north of Paris, not far from an access to a motorway, in a small peaceful village near Compiègne. It is composed of a beautifully restored 19^th century chateau with a lovely outbuilding and garages on 4500 sq. mt. (1.1 acre) of fully enclosed grounds.

The front side faces west and is extended by a long period veranda.

The chateau is made of stone with a slate roof. It is U-shaped with a long central building and 2 wings. It has been modified in 1873 and benefits from a recent tasteful restoration that has preserved its genuine style. It is now in perfect condition and offers about 550 sq. mt.
