The estate looks like a whole hamlet with 8 buildings. It is accessed by 3 entrances, the main one being a long drive leading to a vast paved courtyard. The water mill and the main residence are made of local stone with a tiled roof. The are in excellent general and interior condition. Together, they offer about 1 200 sq. mt. (12 900 sq. ft.) of total interior space, with about 900 sq. mt. (9 690 sq. ft.) of living space. The outbuildings are linked to the main residence by paved paths. The ground floor of the residence features an entrance hall with marble floor and beautiful stone staircase, a vast reception room with double-height ceiling, windows on both sides and a mezzanine, a dining room receiving light from 2 sides, a fully equipped kitchen, a study, a bedroom with bathroom and a laundry room. The entrance hall also gives access to a vast veranda with stone floor and to a large indoor swimming pool, which receives a lot of light from its bay windows and glazed roof. It is decorated with wall paintings and is surrounded by several sitting areas, a hammam and shower rooms. Of course heated, it is also equipped with a removable roof, a powered safety screen, a water quality monitoring system and even a system to demist the roof and the bay windows! From the entrance hall, a stone staircase with wrought iron railing leads up to the 1st floor. The right-hand side features a library room, a long mezzanine with wooden floor that span the main reception room, then a landing with a staircase leading downstairs and a bedroom with bathroom. On the left-hand side, a vast landing gives access to a huge master's bedroom with tiled floor, remarkable ceiling and painted walls. This bedroom has direct access to a dressing room and to 2 bathrooms, one of which with jacuzzi and multiple jets shower. The landing mentioned above is in fact a passage linking the residence to the water mill. Of course, the residence is equipped with central heating.
