The 18th century water mill stands close
and is linked to the main residence by an indoor passage. This building has been
converted and offers 285 sq. mt. (3 070 sq. ft.) of
living space, insulated with double glazed windows. The water mill still has its
paddle wheel in perfect working order, as well as its extraordinary machinery,
which is located behind thick glass windows in a vast room on the ground floor
and provides a 20 KW alternator with power. The room features stone floor,
walls and fireplace, and it communicates with an ancient cheese room with
vaulted ceiling, stone walls and floor.
