The 18th century water mill stands close and is linked to the main residence by an indoor passage. This building has been converted and offers 285 sq. mt. (3 070 sq. ft.) of living space, insulated with double glazed windows. The water mill still has its paddle wheel in perfect working order, as well as its extraordinary machinery, which is located behind thick glass windows in a vast room on the ground floor and provides a 20 KW alternator with power. The other outbuildings are an ancient wash house that has been converted into a summer dining room, a workshop and a barn, a pretty covered dining space with a turret and a pinnacle, that can accommodate parties of 90, garages for 3 cars with powered doors and a vast sunny room upstairs, and a lovely stone gardener's house on 2 levels.
