This property is located 115 km (72 miles) south of Paris, about 20 km (12 miles) from Montargis and 5 km (3 miles) from an access to the A6 motorway. It is composed of an early 19^th century mansion and many outbuildings on 11 ha (27 acres) of partly landscaped grounds with big trees and water.

The main residence was built during the early 19^th century and is a square building made of stone with a slate roof. It features 2 main floors, plus an underground floor and an attic, that is lighted by 8 dormer windows. It offers ca. 400 sq. mt. (4 300 sq. ft.) of living space divided into 15 rooms.
