Large 12^th century residence on a vast estate in the Drôme department

This property is located one hour from Valence and Montélimar, 12 km (7.5 miles) from the shops and 3 km (2 miles) from the nearest village. It is composed of a large converted 12^th century residence with 4 outbuildings and a swimming pool surrounded by a hilly estate of 100 ha (247 acres) in one piece. The residence dominates its valley and benefits from unimpeded views in every direction.

The buildings are set up around a courtyard and dominate the valley.

The residence was built during the 12^th century on the ruins of an ancient fortress. All the buildings are made of local stone with curved tiles on their roof and are set up around a courtyard. They offer 584 sq. mt. (6 286 sq. ft.) of interior space with 380 sq. mt. (4 090 sq. ft.) of living space divided into 5 accommodations.
