mansion in a small town of the Perche regionThis property is located in a small town of the Orne department, 170 km (105 miles) west of Paris and about 40 km (25 miles) from the motorway. It is composed of a big 19th century mansion on 1 500 sq. mt. (0.37 acre) of grounds with a beautiful sheltered terrace.

The mansion is made of freestone and features 4 levels. It is about 30 mt. (98 ft.) long and offers over 1 000 sq. mt. (10 760 sq. ft.) of living space in good condition. A very tall wooden entrance door is located at the centre of the front size, in a small street.

The ground floor is half-buried on the back side. A perron and a few stairs leads down from the centre of the building to the garden. The ground floor features a broad wooden staircase in front of the entrance door, a goods lift that can be converted into a lift and a large tiled hall distributing, on the right-hand side, 2 rooms and a smaller storeroom and, on the left-hand side, a room with wooden floor, a further room, a garage with period tiled floor, a boiler room and a vast room under the terrace.
The 1st floor includes a landing with access to a perron and a few stairs leading down to the garden, a vast room of about 70 sq. mt. (750 sq. ft.) overlooking the garden on the right-hand side, a fully equipped kitchen, a large sunny conference room (about 57 sq. mt., 614 sq. ft.) with access to the sheltered terrace, further rooms and a second staircase on the left-hand side.
