Sold Large 19th century mansion in a small town of the Perche region

This property is located in a small town of the Orne department, 170 km (105 miles) west of Paris and about 40 km (25 miles) from the motorway. It is composed of a big 19th century mansion on 1 500 sq. mt. (0.37 acre) of grounds with a beautiful sheltered terrace.
