Lovely barge on the
Seine river, east of Paris
This barge is moored in an island
of the Seine river, 100 km (62 miles) from Paris, 1 h by train,
and 2 min from the shops downtown. She has been entirely renovated and can
be used as a small luxurious hotel with river cruising.

The barge was built in 1931 following a Freycinet design, but with a reduced
length (30 × 5.05 mt., 98 × 16,6 ft.) to
allow sailing through all locks in Europe. She has been entirely renovated in
1995, with a new 200 HP Cater Pilar engine and a sailing license renewed in
2000.

The interior features a central reception space including a living room with
wainscotting and fireplace, a dining room with wainscotting and a wide window
providing beautiful light, a study, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 5
of which with shower and one with a bathroom. The crew's cabin is at the bow and
the captain's suite is at the stern. Part of the deck has been converted into a
large flowered terrace.
