18^th century chateau in the Calvados department

This property is located at 170 km (105 miles) west of Paris, 30 km (19 miles) from Deauville, near a railway station (1 h 30 min. to Paris by train) and 4 km (2.5 miles) from the shops. The chateau was built during the 18^th century, with roughcast stone walls and a tiled roof. It is in good condition and offers 500 sq. mt. (5 400 sq. ft.) of interior space on 2 levels, plus an attic and an underground floor.

The ground floor features 2 entrance halls - one with tiled floor, exposed beams and roughcast walls, the other with stone floor and exposed beams -, a large reception room (60 sq. mt., 646 sq. ft.) with oak floor, 5 windows, stone fireplace and beautiful period cupboards, a sitting room with stone fireplace, exposed beams and tiled floor, a dining room with tiled floor, fireplace and a French window opening onto the terrace, a study, an equipped kitchen and a pantry.
