the Loir-et-Cher department, 1 h 30 min from Paris, 12 km (7.5 miles)
from a motorway access, 40 km (25 miles) from the south of Orléans

paths and is populated with boar, stag, roe deer, hare and game birds (wild
ducks, woodcocks, etc.)

The hunting lodge is built on 2 levels plus the attic
and 2 farm buildings are set nearby. The many further outbuildings include
kennels and aviaries. All the buildings need renovation. A farmer takes care of
the estate during the whole year, he maintains the land and can as well maintain
the woods. The estate is immediately available for hunting.
