Charming 19^th century manor with vast grounds in the Morbihan department

This property is located between Vannes and Nantes, 3 h away from Paris by the TGV train, 45 min. from an international airport, 6 km (3.7 miles) from shops and services. It includes a 19^th century manor with several outbuildings on 15 ha (37 acres) of landscaped grounds.

The manor was built in 1840 with granite stone walls and a slate roof that was redone in 1987. It is in good condition and offers 15 rooms on 3 floors, plus the underground, for a total living space of 384 sq. mt. (4133 sq. ft.).
