This estate is located in the stud farms area, 180 km (112 miles) away in the west of Paris, 4 km (2.5 miles) from a railway station. It is composed of 2 identical buildings facing each other with I.S.M.H.-listed outbuildings on 17 ha (42 acres) of landscaped grounds edged by a stream.
