Sold Authentic 16th century Breton manor in the Côtes d'Armor department

This 16th century manor with 3.5 ha (8.6 acres) of grounds is located 14 km (7 miles) away from the sea, 10 km (6 miles) from Lannion and its international airport, 6 km (4 miles) from the railway station (1 h 30 to Rennes and 3 h 30 to Paris). It is surrounded by a quiet gently rolling wooded countryside.

The manor belongs to a village with several listed historic monuments, most of which were built by the two richest families of the period.

The manor is composed of 2 adjoining buildings made of granite stone with a slate roof. One of these buildings has been entirely restored in 1999 with high quality materials and now offers 250 sq. mt. (2 690 sq. ft.) of living space. The 260 sq. mt. The renovated part of the manor is built on 3 levels. The ground floor features a sitting room (35 sq. mt., 376 sq. ft.) with a big period fireplace, exposed beams and wooden floor, a dining room (40 sq. mt., 430 sq. ft.), a kitchen with fireplace and access to a storeroom.

The 1st floor distributes a living room (40 sq. mt., 430 sq. ft.), a large bedroom (35 sq. mt., 376 sq. ft.) with fireplace and a bathroom. The 2nd floor is composed of 2 large bedrooms (35 sq. mt., 376 sq. ft. each) and a shower room.

The left building remains to be restored. It is composed of 2 levels of 100 sq. mt. (1 076 sq. ft.) each. Its frontage features remarkable dormer windows and entrance doors. A further wing (60 sq. mt., 645 sq. ft. on 2 levels) is available for conversion into guest's accommodation.

The 3.5 ha (8.6 acres) of grounds can be partially built. They are crossed by a footpath leading to the sea, with a stream on one side. It is a perfect site for fishing and hunting.
