House by the sea in Cadaqués, Spain, 130 km (80 miles) away in the south of Perpignan

This lovely house is located in Spain, in the north of the Catalonia region, 130 km (80 miles) away from Perpignan by motorway, 185 km (115 miles) from Barcelona, a few kilometres from the French border and from a railway station where the Talgo (the famous night train) stops, close to a creek in the Cadaqués village. It is composed of 2 attached buildings on around 500 sq. mt. (5 400 sq. ft.) of grounds.

The bay gives access both to the Côte Vermeille and to the Costa Brava.

Cadaqués is Salvador Dali's village. It is located at the end of a peninsula that is entirely protected by a natural park. The small road leading to the village snakes between beautiful hills with olive trees with spectacular views on a rocky bay and a further bay where the village is set.

The house is located at a walking distance from the centre of the village.

The house is composed of 2 independent comfortable accommodations offering a total living space of 170 sq. mt. (1 830 sq. ft.). An exterior staircase leads to the main accommodation, which includes a large living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which large, a bathroom, a shower room and a first large terrace. The guest's accommodation features a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. All the floors are tiled with antique terracotta and the roofs feature terraces with pleasant views of the hills and the sea.

The garden (ca. 500 sq. mt., 5 400 sq. ft.) features many plant species that protect the privacy of the house. The property is very close to a creek that is a perfect natural moorage, even for big boats.
