This 11^th century and Renaissance residence is located in the historic part of Hyères, less than 10 minutes away from the airport, 2 minutes from the shops. A further suite with 2 bedrooms and a shower room is located on the other side of the main staircase. These rooms have access to a staircase leading down to the garden. A remarkable rest room is situated between the 1st and the 2nd floor.

The 2^nd floor distributes an apartment with 2 rooms with an open kitchen, offering view of the sea. A few stairs lead to a further 2 bedrooms apartment with an open kitchen and access to the turret. The property includes 2 cellars, one of which excellent for storing wine.
